Service Delivery Timing
The Service is available immediately after payment completion. After account creation and completion of service integration setup, you can use features according to your contracted plan.
Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation

Important Notes Regarding Service Use
- This Service operates as an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that connects your e-commerce operational data with AI engines (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
- Use of this Service requires separate accounts for integrated services such as Shopify stores.
- Third-party AI provider usage fees are included in the Service fees. However, if you have a direct contract with an AI provider, those fees will be charged separately.
- Some features may become unavailable due to specification changes in integrated services.
Automatic Contract Renewal
Paid plans automatically renew at the end of the contract period unless you cancel.
- Monthly Plans: Automatically renew monthly
- Annual Plans: Automatically renew annually
To stop automatic renewal, navigate to the Stripe management screen from your account settings and complete the cancellation procedure before the day prior to the next renewal date.
